Raytheon Missile Systems Integrated ApproachEmployee Engagement
The Executive Communications team at Raytheon Missile Systems was preparing for the rollout of business priorities for the new year. Buehler Strategies founder Justin Buehler was asked to help create and execute a communications plan that would motivate and inspire the organization’s 14,000 employees. Working with management and other team members, a video was produced for digital displays, along with blogs and emails from senior leadership, a social media microsite, and web articles. Employees responded positively to the initiative, with the movie-trailer-style video receiving a record number of views and high employee engagement.
